Hey, Gas Jockeys â›˝

Welcome to another development update where I’m showing you what we’ve been cooking up for your beloved Gas Station Simulator. I’m so delighted to see that the recent Restocking Shelves Update has met your expectations (for most of you at least). On behalf of the entire DRAGO entertainment team, I’d like to really thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of the amazing comments that we’ve received. ❤️

Now, on the main topic. I’m fully aware that it’s been a while since our announcement of Gas Station Simulator – Drive-In Cinema DLC. Moreover, we haven’t revealed much information about it so far, apart from releasing the Steam Page. But… Today we’re finally able to share some insights from the Drive-In Cinema DLC. We might even have a little tease regarding the release date, so stick with me till the end of this announcement. For now, let’s grab a favourite drink of yours, cover yourself with a warm blanket to create a cozy atmosphere, and let’s roll 🔥

What is Drive-In Cinema DLC? 🤔

The Drive-In Cinema DLC is a brand-new, free of charge addition to the Gas Station Simulator that brings extra revenue streams and possibility of further expansion. Your main goal? Acquiring additional space and setting up a drive-in theater complete with a modern projector and a giant screen.

When all is set and one, it’s high time to introduce the cinema to your demanding clientele. Validate tickets, manage sneaky customers trying to get in for free, and invest in further upgrades like a popcorn machine to provide a complete movie-going experience. Grow your renown in order to attract more customers and expand your clientele. All of this coming soon for free! Oh… You may even use the popcorn to throw at Dennis, but more on that in the future announcements.

Will Drive-In Cinema have its own employees? 🧑‍🏭

The answer is – yes, but actually no. At the beginning the goal of the DLC is to give you complete control over what’s happening in the drive-in cinema. However, as you grow your renown (yes, drive-in cinema will have its own renown) you’ll be able to purchase more upgrades that will automate most of the activities there (well… You still need to use a popcorn machine to fend off Dennis right?).

Join us on a live stream next week đź’Ą

That’s right! We’ll be live streaming next Tuesday, 11th of February at 6 p.m CET. We’ll be talking about Drive-In Cinema DLC, answering your most common questions (about consoles and other games that are in development as well), and chilling while playing our beloved Gas Station Simulator. The stream will take place on our official twitch.tv channel, so don’t forget to follow us if you don’t want to miss the stream 👇

Stay up-to-date đź“°

So, that’s gonna be it for today’s announcement. Let me know your thoughts in the comment section below. As always, I’m more than happy to hear your feedback regarding projects that we’re working on. You can expect the next announcement coming next week in which I’ll be talking about how the projector, popcorn machine and the Drive-In Cinema renown works. Last but not least, if you want to stay in the loop of everything Gas Station Sim, consider adding Drive-In Cinema to your wishlist.

Community11 Sep 2026Why we went back in time?Hey Gas Jockeys! As you probably know from our devlog “How Shady Deals Became Roadhouse Simulator” , when we started working on Shady Deals , we intended it to be another major DLC for Gas Station Simulator. T he pub was meant to be another part of the petrol station, with Uncle introducing the player to the more dubious side of the business. Once we decided to make it a full-fledged game, anot…Community4 Sep 2026Same Route 66. Different Problems. What if we looked at the same road from a different door? Hey Gas Jockeys! When we were working on Gas Station Simulator , we spent a lot of time thinking about Route 66. Not just what it should look like, but what it should feel like . We wanted that feeling of being somewhere in the middle of nowhere, where the road seems endless and the next car could bring absolutely anyone to your doorstep…Community28 Aug 2026Some friendships just make sense 💚🤎Hey Gas Jockeys! What do a crocodile and a capybara have in common? Apparently, more than you'd think. In the wild, capybaras and crocodilians can often be found sharing the same environment without constantly turning it into a fight. They simply coexist sometimes getting surprisingly close to one another. You've already met the crocodile Gustave in Gas Station Simulator . And now, at Caldora A…
