Hey Coaches!
We’re excited to announce the launch of The Academy Program, designed for you to rank up through the Discord community, complete weekly assignments, and unlock exclusive rewards along the way.
Today, there are over 1200 Coaches in our Discord, helping us share our game’s across social platforms and getting involved in our Discord. So naturally, we want to reward them!
What is the Academy?
The Academy is a unique program built to engage our Infinity: HexaDome Tactics community. Through weekly and always active assignments, you’ll earn points to climb the ranks and unlock rewards. It’s open for everyone to join —whether you’re just starting or already a dedicated playtester!
Here’s how it works:
- Begin as a Trainee: Start your Academy journey with the Trainee rank.
- Complete assignments: Participate in weekly or always active assignments to earn points.
- Climb to VIP: Reach new levels with each assignment completed, eventually unlocking VIP (aka Head Coach) status.
- Head Coach: Once you’re officially entered in the Head Coach Quarters, you’ll get exclusive sneak peeks, playsessions with the devs, and eventually, participate in exclusive tournaments. We’ll give you an early access key to the game!
What are the rewards?
We love rewarding our community! As you progress through The Academy, you’ll unlock:
- Exclusive Discord roles with matching player card backgrounds.
- Access to the Steam giveaway bot
- In-game rewards for VIP members: Head Coaches will soon be able to unlock special in-game banners, avatars, emotes, titles, and more.
What are the in-game rewards? How does that work?
- For the Discord rewards, you'll automatically unlock them as you level up.
- Once you reach the Head Coaches section of the Academy, you’ll have in-game rewards to unlock. These rewards are exclusive to the Head Coaches, which range from special banners, avatars, emotes, titles, and more.
What are the assignments?
Every week, a new challenge will be posted in the #assignments channel on Discord. Complete these tasks to earn points and unlock rewards. You can expect at least one new assignment every week, with surprise tasks popping up randomly! Some ongoing assignments include:
- Chatting in Discord
- Answering polls
- Welcoming newcomers
- Joining a Discord role
- Impressing a dev: +5, +20, +50 points for catching our eye.
- Sharing our Twitter posts
Who are the Head Coaches?
Once you’ve earned enough points to surpass VIP (Level 20), you’ll become a Head Academy Coach. This prestigious role grants you access to:
- A game key for early access to new builds and playsessions with the devs. Note that this isn’t a permanent key and the access will be revoked once the game is live.
- Exclusive sneak peeks and development updates.
- Exclusive assignments to unlock special in-game banners, avatars, emotes, titles, and more.
- The chance to compete in VIP-only tournaments.
