Fixed Graphical Glitches with Popups

Wrote custom popup handling code instead of using built in popups as a small subset of users were experiencing extreme graphical glitches that appeared to be related to popups. Hopefully this fixes those issues. Most users will probably not notice any change.

Like the Manual Calculator it does not take into account how splitters and mergers prefer to split/merge in game.
