Update 1.3 — Play to 100

MATCH PLAY
- Hands now add up. Pick a target when you sit down: 50, 100, 200, or a single hand.
- The winner of each hand banks whatever everyone else is still holding.
- Card values: 8 = 50, Jacks and 2s = 20, Kings/Queens/10s = 10, Aces = 1, all others face value.
- An 8 is still the best card to play and now the worst one to be caught holding.
- Solo and pass-the-mouse games keep score too, which they never did before.

OPPONENTS
- Pip, Harry and George now play at Easy, Normal or Hard.
- Easy plays loosely and often forgets to knock.
- Normal is the opponent you already know.
- Hard remembers the cards it has seen, works out which suits you cannot follow,
keeps its 2s rather than its Jacks, and dumps its expensive cards once a hand
looks lost. It never forgets to knock.
- Hard never looks at your hand. Everything it knows came from cards played face up.

YOUR RECORD
- New "Your record" screen on the main menu: lifetime win rate, best streak,
results by difficulty, and all 13 achievements with what each one takes.
- If you have played since launch, your win streak carried over.

FIXES AND POLISH
- Achievements now sync both ways with Steam. Any you earned while Steam was busy
will appear next time you play, and your progress follows you to a new machine.
- If the game hits trouble it now tells you and offers a way back to the menu,
instead of leaving you on a black screen.
- Fixed a rare freeze when you were owed cards but the deck and pile had both run dry.
- Dragging a card is smoother, and the table is lighter on older machines and the Steam Deck.
- Added "Open log folder" in Settings. Plain text, stays on your machine, and makes
a bug much easier to track down.
