New Features

Outcome Posters
- Added a new family of Outcome Posters for presenting rivalries, promises, Star Power, Fight Hype, fighter relationships, Locker Room Reputation, and other promotional outcomes.
- Outcome Posters provide a consistent visual language across the Matchmaking Board, Marketing, and Media Relations.
- Media Relations fallout now uses Outcome Posters to show exactly what changed after an answer.

Rivalry Modal
- You can now open a rivalry to view its complete history.
- The Rivalry modal presents a chronological timeline of the fights, callouts, controversies, and other moments that caused the rivalry to grow or cool over time.
- Rivalry modals can be opened from HQ and the Matchmaking Board.

Improvements

Rivalries
- Rivalries are now more likely to develop organically through meaningful competitive moments.
- Rivalries can grow from callouts and replies, contender collisions, title-shot snubs, withdrawals, disputed results, and the public dismissal of a win.
- Fight fallout now better reflects what happened. A decisive result can settle a rivalry, while an inconclusive or controversial result can keep it alive.
- Rivalries now age according to shows run rather than calendar weeks.
- Rivalries built through genuine competitive history cool more slowly.
- Rivalries now improve rematch appeal. Fans are less likely to be tired of a rematch when the fighters have an active rivalry.
- HQ now combines updates about the same rivalry into one feud story each week.

Matchmaking & Marketing
- Redesigned the Matchmaking Board as a wall of Outcome Posters.
- Bookable fights, promises, and rivalries are now organized and presented more clearly.
- Promises are prioritized according to their urgency, making approaching deadlines easier to identify.
- Redesigned the Marketing screen to use Outcome Posters when selecting and promoting fighters, fights, and rivalries.
- The bout editor can now sort fighters by Longest Layoff and Local Fighters.
- Added a Local filter for finding fighters from the event’s state.
- Bout editor sorting and filtering now persist when moving between corner selection.

Media Relations
- Retuned Media Relations questions and their fallout.
- Media Relations now shows the actual effects of an answer on Star Power, rivalry heat, Fight Hype, fighter relationships, public commitments, and Locker Room Reputation.

Locker Room Reputation
- Redesigned the Locker Room Reputation calculation to better represent the overall state of your roster.
- Fighter relationships are now weighted by Star Power, giving your most important fighters more influence over the promotion’s reputation.

Fight Engine
- Active ground defense now slows sustained ground-and-pound.
- Clean escapes from guard or half guard can now return fighters to their feet.
- Reach matters more at neutral distance. Longer fighters gain accuracy and favor long-range strikes, while shorter fighters more often close distance and attempt takedowns.

Progression & Fighter Profile
- Reduced the Legacy Point costs of Triple Activation, National TV Ready, PPV Access, and Stadium Access. Existing owners receive refunds.
- Improved the division-specific weight-cut risk trait shown on fighter profiles.
- Weight-cut risk now better reflects the physical difficulty of reaching a particular division.

Bug Fixes

- Fixed Talent Hub not showing Star Power for fighters available to poach.
- Fixed a fighter changing promotions leaving their scheduled bout active and both fighters unavailable for new bookings.
- Fixed promise-backed requests remaining active after the fighter who made or received the promise left a promotion.
- Fixed injured fighters being unavailable for events scheduled after their recovery and required notice window.
- Fixed TKO finishes being credited to an earlier or unrelated action. Finish commentary now reflects the strike that caused the stoppage.
- Fixed post-fight callouts selecting targets outside the winner’s division or promotion.
- Fixed commentary referring to round three as the championship rounds.
- Fixed cancelled showcase bouts removing the post-event signing opportunity for free agents booked on the card.
- Fixed media questions about a champion’s next challenger appearing when that division already - had a title fight booked.
- Fixed post-fight interviews treating fighters stripped at the weigh-in as active champions.
- Fixed blacklisted fighters appearing in Talent Hub.
