BUGFIXES
The mechanic of the player crashing the market has been fixed.
Hostile ships should no longer be able to enter a "safe zone" around ports.
Player should not be able to leave the cargo dumping screen without being at or below the weight limit.
No more infinite lumber in Canada.
Running blockades should work properly now, though that's also been giving me a new headache.
Running a blockade loads in the proper HUD.
Coming back from a blockade restores the correct camera perspective.
Blockades now show your profits properly when using the shop screen.
