Milo Playtest 1.18.11

- added two new corpse types that grant 15 and 50 rats to the player. the bodys have different rarities
- added two unlockable cosmetics (basketball, and kar98)
- fixes to many map exploits
- revive player is limited to 2 uses. is disabled in MP. will knock down enemies when the player revives
- lots of other quality of life and other bug fixes
