Changed Select All and range selection to include injured characters by default. Injured characters can be excluded in the Options.
Fixed an issue where the windowed resolution was not correctly restored on the next launch.
Added a button to disable automatic command repeat for all characters.
Added a button to toggle automatic command repeat for all selected characters.
