Added a Voice SFX that play on players characters that use Tapping Mode

Fix initialization failure for some microphones device
Fix initialization failure when making a new save slot
Fix the game stuck on Result Screen if host disconnected forcefully while in this phase
Fix demo player can still play even though they run out of daily matches as a client
