bulletproofed against rewritable dialogue breaking and blocking player input, resulting in a progression lock
bulletproofed against missions not rewinding correctly if warping out via jump gate (in addition to via slipdrive)
Bug Fixes
fixed ship construction regression that prevented new ship construction outside of the mission tutorial
fixed metagame talents not working if they apply to various ship stats (this includes Subatomic Fortifications for example)
