Hello, Guild Masters! We’re finally ready to share the news you’ve been waiting for.
Since releasing our first demo, followed by the CBT and subsequent demo updates, we’ve received an incredible amount of valuable feedback from players.
We’ve carefully reviewed your feedback one by one, adding new content to make the game more fun while continuously improving combat, progression, UI, balance, and quality-of-life features. We’re incredibly excited to finally show you the results of everything we’ve been working on.
Thank you so much for your patience and for waiting with us all this time. Ahead of the official launch, we’ve also released a new demo update featuring additional improvements.
With this update, we focused not only on adding new features and content, but also on reducing repetitive downtime during gameplay and improving the overall responsiveness and feel of the controls.
Below, you can find an overview of the new content coming in the full release as well as the major changes included in the latest demo update.
The full release introduces a variety of new systems and content. From managing your guild members’ moods to testing your skills against other Guild Masters, even more adventures and challenges await you.

We’ve added a new Party Strategy feature that gives you more control over how each party behaves in combat.
Previously, party members acted according to predefined conditions during battle. Now, you can customize potion usage and combat behavior to better suit each party’s composition and purpose.
Added potion usage settings for each party
Added healing settings for each party
Added attack settings for each party
You can now create and use different strategies depending on your party composition and the content you’re taking on.
During the early stages of the game, waiting for production and crafting could sometimes interrupt the flow of gameplay.
With this update, we’ve revisited the pacing of early-game progression and reduced situations where players had little to do except wait.
Adjusted early-game hub production speeds
Rebalanced the time required for manual crafting
Reduced unnecessary waiting during early-game progression
The Auction House is more than just a place to buy and sell items—it is one of the core systems driving the in-game economy.
In this update, we’ve adjusted the pricing structure and overall economic balance so that trading activity and market conditions are reflected more naturally in actual market prices.
Improved the system so item purchases and sales are reflected in market price changes
Unsold listings now affect market prices
The quantity of items supplied to the market now affects price fluctuations
Adjusted overall Auction House pricing and economic balance
As prices now respond more dynamically to market conditions, deciding when to buy and sell items will play a more meaningful role than before.
We’ve polished the intro illustrations that appear when you first begin the game.
We improved transitions that previously felt awkward between scenes, allowing the story to flow more naturally.
Revised the overall art style of the intro illustrations
Improved transitions and presentation between scenes
We’ve refined the overall UI and controls to reduce the number of repeated inputs required for frequently used features and make it faster to set precise values.
In particular, we focused on improving usability for settings that players frequently adjust, such as production quantities.
You can now enter an exact number directly for an item’s target production quantity
Added press-and-hold support for quantity increase/decrease buttons
Added continuous input support for quantity increase/decrease buttons
Reorganized icons and display layouts for bottom tabs such as Town, Raid, and PvP
Improved controls and UI presentation across multiple screens
We’ll continue reviewing areas that require repetitive inputs to reduce the small inconveniences that become more noticeable over longer play sessions.
Save stability remains just as important to us as the gameplay itself, and we’re continuing to improve it.
In this update, we’ve made it easier to understand what happened when a save issue occurs, while also improving the system for sending affected save data to the development team.
Improved messaging to more clearly explain save failures
Improved diagnostic handling when save errors occur
Improved features for submitting save data affected by issues
Fixed additional stability-related issues
Alongside the changes above, we’ve also addressed a number of smaller balance issues and bugs discovered during gameplay.
Adjusted various game data and balance values
Fixed minor bugs discovered during gameplay
Fixed several UI and display issues
Improved overall stability
We’ll continue working on balance adjustments, bug fixes, and optimization all the way up to the full release.
If you encounter any unusual issues while playing, please send us your save data through the [Help the Developer] menu. The reports and data you send us are a huge help in identifying and resolving problems. 🙏
We’re also continuing to read the feedback you leave through reviews and the Steam Community.
