Game will now tell players to wait until the next wave finishes before they can respawn.

Bug fixes

Fixed toys causing a soft lock.
Fixed builder maps not working in horde mode.
Fixed horde mode weapon buyable not updating after selecting a weapon in builder.
Fixed horde mode self revive perk not working after one use.
Fixed character body shield and quick melee not working.
Fixed some input issues with quick melee.
Fixed horde mode invisible wall not being selectable.
