Hey everyone! Welcome to the August devlog, where we share a bunch of updates from our side with you! This time, we'll start with an exciting one because we know that you're all curious about the upcoming Beta.
Let's start with some exciting news about that then, shall we? We finally have a date for the Beta and can't wait to see you all in Eldramoor!

You can expect Beta to begin on NOVEMBER 4TH and end on NOVEMBER 18TH! We are super excited to see you in Eldramoor.
You can reserve your place right now by purchasing Beta Access through the Eldramoor Store. This grants access to both the Beta and Early Access ($24.99 value), meaning you won't need to purchase the game a second time. We'll share more information as we get closer, and we can't wait to show you what we've been building.
As some of you may know, we occasionally host Tavern Talks on our Discord channel. A couple of days ago, we hosted our July Tavern Talk and had nearly two hours of questions, answers, and conversations about Eldramoor with many of the lead members of the development team. If you missed it, don't be sad! We've uploaded the entire Tavern Talk to YouTube, so you can watch it whenever you like! Now that we've talked about the Beta & Tavern Talk, let's continue with what we have been cooking in the background for you. Starting with some of you folks' favorite profession, mining!
Mining is beginning to take shape in Eldramoor! Using the Pickaxe Multitool, players can uncover weak spots across an ore deposit and strike them to break the material free. Land enough successful hits and the ore becomes yours to collect.
But of course, everything you see is a work in progress! Feel free to let us know about your thoughts and feedback - we are super open to it.
Let's continue with some enemy reveals. The wilds of Zobu are home to countless dangerous creatures, but few are as intimidating as the Caustrix.
This vicious two-headed hydra lurks among the faint glowing mushrooms of Zobu, patiently waiting for unsuspecting prey. Its thick, scaly hide is covered with glowing fungi that help it blend into the environment, making it far more difficult to spot than you might expect. By the time many adventurers realize they've wandered too close, it's already too late.
And another one for this week - you heard it right! The Laughing Mask Bombardier is a Sauravi with a dinosaur-like head, razor-sharp fangs, slit pupils, patterned scales, and a humanoid frame.
Bombardiers prefer to fight from a distance, hurling bombs and other explosives at their enemies. Those who close the gap will quickly discover that these creatures are just as dangerous in close combat, where they switch to a dagger without hesitation.
