Added

Font scaling has been added to the settings menu.
Added some juice to menu buttons.

Fixed

Fixed several issues relating to resolution scaling.
Fixes issue where expanding the base did not allow you to place buildables in the newly opened areas.
Fixed an issue with controllers not being able to press the button to close the death screen.
Fixed an issue with materials not showing in the materials tray when you first acquire them.
