Hello, survivors!
After yesterday's update, we noticed that changes to some crafting recipes caused considerable confusion for everyone, and we also received a lot of feedback regarding Electronic Components acquisition methods. We re-investigated the cause today and made adjustments to the related content. This update restores the crafting recipes for Electronic Components and Playing Cards, while enhancing Coffee Food effects and fixing a batch of interaction issues. Details are as follows:
Version: 1.0.15955
In the last update (9/8), we fixed a logic issue with closing early development content.
Some temporary recipes left over from the development phase were removed when fixing related issues, including three that players actually use: Container + Wire → Electronic Components, Sheet Metal ×1 → Live Trap, Cardboard ×2 → Playing Cards. This change was not a targeted adjustment for these specific recipes, but rather a collateral effect of fixing development legacy issues, which is why it did not appear in the update notes as a planned adjustment.
After receiving everyone's feedback, we re-examined the affected content and found that some of these recipes, particularly the self-crafting method for Electronic Components, had already significantly impacted many players' Survival Tactics. We have re-evaluated these changes and made the following adjustments to this update:
Electronic Components Official Recipe Added: Electronic Components have been re-added to the official crafting list, with the recipe adjusted to Plastic Sheet + Wire + Container; visible by default, craftable at Manufacturing Level 1.
Playing Cards and Bandage Recipe Restoration and Addition to Official List: Playing Cards and Bandage have been added to the official list; visible by default, craftable at Manufacturing Level 1.
Live Trap Recipe: The existing official recipe remains unchanged (Waste Plastic + Sheet Metal ×2)
If you encounter similar situations in the future, or discover that certain adjustments have affected established gameplay, please feel free to let us know promptly through the community or feedback form. We will reassess based on actual gameplay experience.
Coffee Effect Enhancement: Player-crafted lattes, coffee, cappuccinos, and honey coffee now provide a "Caffeine" effect when consumed, boosting Movement Speed for 8 hours. These four beverages also restore more Stamina, and effect descriptions have been added to item descriptions.
Drone Trading Optimization: Fixed an issue where scheduling two consecutive "Drone Trades" in the action queue would cause the second trade to malfunction. When a drone is out or has already traded for the day, a direct prompt will now appear instead of repeatedly creating orders that result in Failed.
Freeze Frame Fix: Fixed an issue in the "Safe House Snapshot" after the College Student Home ending where the floor freeze frames had offset framing. Now the freeze frames for each floor in the College Student and Warehouse Manager endings display properly.
Door and Window Upgrade Optimization: Fixed an issue where replacing doors and windows during event triggers could prevent further interaction with events on those doors and windows.
Thank you for all your enthusiastic feedback, survivors! If you encounter any bugs or have suggestions during gameplay, please feel free to let us know through the feedback form, and we will address them as soon as possible.
In addition to continuously polishing existing content, we are also working in parallel on designing and developing future free update content. For specific plans, please refer to the update roadmap. We will strive to bring you a richer and more immersive gaming experience.
Good luck to all survivors—stock up on supplies and survive to the end!
