Restricted and banned parties are now shown via the "Police State" diplomatic icon, along with their effects.
Clicking on major war participants now opens a window displaying all minor participants and their effects.
Impulses and Investments are now reflected in the stat change tooltips.
Added an option to configure the display of investment effects.
Hostile alliance values are now displayed.
The principles and mechanics for politicians creating and participating in conspiracies are now displayed.
