Raid intel is off. Forecast will not hold your hand.
Stars and level are capped so overleveled tanks do not skip the fight.
A wipe is a full lockout. The attempt log teaches the next pull.
Week 1 — First Oath
Clear between Friday Sept. 4th and Friday Sept. 11th, 6:00 PM CDT, and your banner carries First Oath for the rest of the save. After Week 1, Contest still unlocks hall heraldry: Oath Shatter theme, Splintered Seal emblem, Shattered Bend field, and Oath Amber.
Prep this week
Clear The Starless Throne, then update to 0.7.4. On Friday, open Raids. After Sept. 25th, the Seal stays as farm. No world's-first board.
