This update focuses on making important parts of your Life clearer and more playable, while also improving how LIVORA performs behind the scenes.
Health appointments are no longer just passive notices inside the Health area.
When an appointment is due, you can now attend it through a new interactive experience, choose how you approach the consultation and see the outcome of that decision.
Appointment choices can affect areas such as:
Diagnosis and treatment
Follow-up care
Time and energy
Mental load
Money and other consequences
Appointment statuses and available actions have also been made clearer, so it is easier to understand what is upcoming, what needs attention and what has already happened.
The end-of-day Unfinished Business flow has been improved.
Completing an item will no longer repeatedly return you to the end-of-day summary. Remaining items now update within the same review, and Continue to tomorrow appears once everything blocking progress has been handled.
Warning-only items will not unnecessarily stop you from moving forward.
A substantial performance pass has been completed across the gameplay response pipeline.
This includes:
Less repeated processing when applying gameplay results
Significantly less duplicate game data being held in memory
More efficient handling of large gameplay responses
Better compression when transferring larger responses
Faster scenario eligibility checks
Additional performance monitoring and regression protection
Internal benchmarks showed major reductions in response-processing time and retained memory across longer test lives. These improvements should be most noticeable as a Life becomes larger and builds up more history.
This update also includes:
Improved reliability around Big Social Events
Stronger save and reload handling for Unfinished Business
Protection against repeated actions being applied more than once
Additional Steam and desktop save testing
General stability and interface fixes
