Purity chalice and behemoth heart were causing too many issues. I am deploying an emergency update as well as resetting King of the Hill. I am including in this build quality of life improvements I was working on for the next Weekend update. Figured I might as well push what I have. Balance and Combat
Overtime now scales with tower health. Its damage step is 0.4% of the lower tower’s Max HP, with a minimum of 2, and increases each overtime second. Saint’s Needle now gains +3/+6/+12 Damage per point cleansed for the current battle. Behemoth Heart’s Max HP gain now lasts for the current battle only. Purity Chalice now gives the item below +3/+6/+12 Ward per cast for the current battle. War Banner now costs 35g and gives row/column Creatures +1/+2/+4 permanent Damage per cast. Its Haste bonus was removed. Locust Swarm’s zero base Multicast was repaired. It now performs one normal attack, with each adjacent Creature correctly adding another cast. Totem of Unity now correctly displays a 6-second cooldown instead of 1 second. Chronomancer’s Pocket Watch now clearly displays both phases of its effect. Pocket Watch behavior is now properly represented on enemy towers as well. Shadow Bolt’s new artwork was resized to fit tower blocks, inventory slots, and shop slots. Events and Co-op
Day 15’s Elemental Tags event no longer blocks progression when inventory is full. Players can use Make Room, sell items, and return to claim both Tags. Fountain of Life now has a clear interaction button. Either co-op player can select Fountain of Life, with the result correctly resolved for both players. Co-op matchmaking now allows teams that share one player to face each other. The identical two-player team is still excluded. King of the Hill and King of Co-Op champion inspection now shows the tower’s total Max HP. Performance
Dragging a tower block now updates only the affected placement highlights instead of rebuilding the entire tower interface, fixing the reported FPS drop. The game now defaults to the lighter Compatibility renderer. Added a 60 FPS cap. Windowed resolutions now fit within the usable desktop area and center correctly.
