Greetings, Captain! This is your Liaison Officer, GM Lisa. Following the July 30 update, two Guild Supply Crates (containing 100 Aether Dust, 50,000 Lunar Elixirs, 50 Morphing Alloys, and 3 Polaris Support Boxes) were distributed to each account in all regions as compensation for the Guild Manager Shop issue. While the Korean, Japanese, and Asian servers correctly received two Guild Supply Crates once per account, it was confirmed that the Guild Supply Crates were mistakenly distributed daily on the Global Server, resulting in up to seven distributions per account. Accordingly, on August 6, we proceeded with the recovery of 100 Aether Dust, 50,000 Lunar Elixirs, 50 Morphing Alloys, and 3 Polaris Support Boxes for each duplicate Guild Supply Crate distributed on the Global Server. However, we sincerely apologize once again for the confusion and inconvenience this recovery process caused to all Captains. While the recovery of the duplicate items was unavoidable in order to maintain a fair and balanced game environment for everyone, we deeply regret that we failed to fully consider the concerns and feelings of our Captains, especially given the sensitive nature of recovering in-game items. To express our sincere apologies to all Captains who were affected by this incident, we will prepare a special Event and bring it to you as soon as possible. We are deeply grateful to all Captains who continue to support StarSavior, and we will do our best to provide a more stable and reliable service moving forward. Thank you.
