In February, we stood on stage in Munich and spoke about the value and price of RENNSPORT.
You likely remember the core commitment: double the content, half the price.
Today, we outline exactly how we are executing that plan, the technical hurdles we are navigating, and how this ultimately secures the future of our grid.
A healthy racing community relies on a low barrier of entry. Starting with our targeted May release, we focus entirely on the Deluxe Edition. We are dropping its price by 45 percent, bringing it to €38.49.
This edition proactively absorbs all paid content packs released until September. This includes Endurance Classics Part 1 and Touring Classics Part 1.
We are also ensuring that the first DLC included here contains additional assets we built while you waited. We teased a few of those in our previous article.
We intended to discount every edition simultaneously. However, digital storefronts enforce strict cooldown periods between price changes. This creates a hard technical limit. Instead of abandoning the plan, we adapted our tactics.
Because we operate across a variety of digital ecosystems, promotional timings naturally stagger. The practical outcome is straightforward: you will almost always find RENNSPORT discounted on one platform or another. We are rotating the discounts to maintain visibility for new drivers while honouring our commitment to you.
First Wave: We lead with the Deluxe Edition at a 45 percent discount.
The Rotation: Once the platform cooldown clears a few days later, the Standard Edition rotates in with a 50 percent discount for 14 days.
Targeted Expansions: During this second phase, expansions like the Endurance Classics and Touring Classics will also see a 20 percent reduction for 14 days.
You might ask why we do not simply lower the base price across the board. Storefront algorithms actively highlight discounted titles. We need RENNSPORT to remain visible everywhere, and this rotating structure continuously exposes the game to new drivers.
The goal is long-term stability and a growing community. We work the system to ensure no one is left behind.
RENNSPORT only evolves through honest dialogue. Moving forward, after every major release, we expect you to pull into the garage and provide a raw assessment of the build.
We will analyse the consensus and publish The Community Debrief. Here, we show you exactly what we heard and how we are prioritising the work ahead. If a feature is delayed, we explain the cause. If a fix is imminent, you will know.

Robust AI and comprehensive mod support are foundational. Both are coming.
The first iteration of our upgraded AI arrives with the targeted May DLC. We stripped out the existing architecture and rebuilt it from the ground up. Expect more details in the upcoming patch notes.
Beyond the AI, we are laying the groundwork for official mod support. We know the community demands it. This requires a significant investment of time and resources, and to ensure it functions securely across the board, it must be engineered correctly. We will detail this architecture in a future deep dive.
After the May release, our store pages might look unconventional. One edition may show full price while another is heavily discounted.
