EARLY ACCESS 0.41.3

- Fixed not being able to choose two captains in All stars coop battles.
- Fighter card text is now centered correctly.
- Railcaster rail abilities damage increased by 15%.
- Railcaster starting Attack from 100 to 110.
- Ice Mage is now counted as Ranged DPS for targeting purposes.
- Fixed new relics tooltips.
