From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
To every player who believed in Scavland, every wishlist, every share, every comment, every piece of feedback, and everyone who has been part of this 6-year journey: this milestone belongs to all of us.
And with Scavland entering Early Access on September 4th, we thought this was the perfect time to show you just how much has changed.

Over the past year, our team grew from 3 developers to around 15, allowing us to massively expand and overhaul the game.
Our world is now roughly 3x larger, with new locations, settlements, roads, environments, faction territories, secrets, and a complete visual overhaul.
And there's now much more waiting below the surface.
We've added procedurally generated underground bunkers, bringing a completely different kind of exploration to Scavland.
Our new Life system allows NPCs, factions, and creatures to move and interact with the world independently.
Patrols travel. Creatures wander. Factions encounter each other. Fights can happen without you.
You might hear gunfire in the distance, investigate it, and arrive after everything is already over.
World keeps moving whether you're there or not.
Scavland now features 25+ weapons and hundreds of weapon parts and attachments.
Our new Weapon Customization System lets you change stocks, magazines, optics, muzzle devices, grips, and other components to build weapons around your loadout and playstyle.
We've massively expanded the systems surrounding exploration and progression:
New Crafting System
New repair and weapon maintenance systems
Hundreds of new items and equipment
10 factions with unique identities and characters
New faction and trader Reputation System
New Jobs and Contracts
New main and side quests
New creatures and encounters
New stealth mechanics and takedowns
New cutscenes and narrative sequences
Scavland's UI has been rebuilt almost entirely.
Inventory, looting, trading, crafting, weapon customization, HUD, interactions, Journal, map, and menus have all received major redesigns.
We've also added a new exploration-focused World Map, where roads and information are gradually revealed as you discover Zalesye.
Scavland now has full controller support and has been designed with Steam Deck and handheld play in mind.
We've spent a lot of time making inventory management, looting, combat, interactions, and menus feel natural regardless of how you choose to play.
We've also completely overhauled the game's sound design and visual effects, added new animations, new music, improved AI, reworked balancing and progression, expanded localization to 10 languages, added two game modes, and made countless quality-of-life improvements and fixes.
We've also updated the entire Steam Store page with a brand-new trailer, new screenshots, new graphics, and much more information about what Scavland has become.
And we're still working.
The final stretch is all about testing, polishing, balancing, and listening to feedback as we prepare to open the gates to Zalesye.
Six years ago, Scavland started as a tiny project built by a handful of people.
Today, 100,000 of you are waiting to play it.
That's difficult for us to put into words.
Thank you for believing in Scavland.
Thank you for helping us get here.
We'll see you in Rhos on September 4th.
