We Should Run — Co-op Fixes, New Soundtrack & More

We Should Run Playtest · published

Co-op fixes

* Reviving a teammate now shows the correct progress bar to the person doing the reviving — not just the downed player.
* Added an on-screen alert so you know the moment a teammate goes down.
* Doors an enemy pushes open now show open for everyone — no more teammates appearing to walk through closed doors.
* If the host disconnects, the Escape/Pause menu stays usable so you're never stuck — you cleanly return to the menu.

New soundtrack

* Original music now plays when your run begins, with a fresh track at the start of every floor.

Quality of life

* The exit compass arrow now clears when you descend, instead of lingering into the next floor.
* Using a medkit or bandage at full health tells you "You are at full health" instead of wasting it (bandages still work while you're bleeding).
* Drinking almond water at full sanity now tells you it's already full instead of wasting it.
* Map Fragments are rarer, so the exit compass feels more like a real find.

Atmosphere & creatures

* Rabbit Man now hurls a gob of black matter mid-swing — cut sideways to dodge it.
* Walls now show graffiti, grime, cracks, hung photos, and black ink dripping from the ceiling; some rooms are filthier than others. Watch for messages left by those who came before you.
