Hello, Usurpers.

This demo update reworks the former Grotesque Idol into a new risk-reward choice, Deal with the Devil, along with a few UI and display fixes.

Deal with the Devil Rework

The name and effect of Grotesque Idol have been completely reworked.

When you choose Deal with the Devil, one stat from a paired set increases at random, while its counterpart decreases by the same amount.

• Basic Attack Damage ↔ Strike Damage
• Physical Damage ↔ Dark Damage

For each stat pair, either side has a 50% chance to increase, while the other decreases by the same amount.

The amount scales with the current Stage Tier.

• Tier 1: +10% / -10%
• Tier 2: +20% / -20%
• Tier 3: +30% / -30%
• Tier 4: +40% / -40%

The choice is now designed around deciding what you are willing to give up in exchange for a stronger bonus.

Other Fixes

• Fixed missing tag highlighting on some choices.
• Fixed some controller UI elements.
