This update focuses on improving build clarity, expanding party play options, and bringing another round of balance changes and bug fixes based on recent playtesting.

Ability & Attribute Rework

All 40 abilities have received updated descriptions and stat displays to make their mechanics easier to understand and compare during the draft.

  • Reworked ability descriptions across all five rounds
  • Expanded ability stat information including damage, durations, cooldowns, projectile speeds, knockback, buffs, debuffs, and more
  • Reformatted ability and item stats into a clearer number-first format
  • Improved terminology and consistency across attributes
  • Corrected several outdated or inaccurate ability stat descriptions discovered during the overhaul

Character Attributes

The Character Attributes display has been redesigned into a compact standalone panel.

  • Character Attributes are now separated from the expanded scoreboard
  • Attributes are grouped into Resources, Offensive, Defensive, and Utility categories
  • The panel can be opened independently while reviewing your build by pressing C
  • Added a custom keybind for Character Attributes

Practice Mode Improvements

Practice Mode now gives players significantly more time to review abilities and experiment with builds.

  • Increased the Practice Mode draft timer to 999 seconds
  • Updated draft reminder directing players to the Guide for full ability, item, and attribute information

Party Play Improvements

Party matchmaking options have been reorganized to give groups more control over how they play.

Quick Play

Quick Play continues to select the appropriate match type based on party size.

  • Solo: Free For All
  • Party of 2: 2v2v2
  • Party of 3: 3v3
  • Parties of 4 or more cannot use Quick Play

Party FFA

Party Free For All is now available to parties of 2–6 players.

  • Party members can compete directly against each other in a private Free For All match
  • Party FFA does not use bot backfill
  • A 2-player party can now play a 1v1 match
  • 3–6 player parties can play smaller Free For All matches without filling the remaining slots

It's core identity became shared with all the other projectiles, and while the initial update simply added MORE knockback to the spell balancing became more challenging. Too little knockback and the ability felt the same. Too much and players went soaring across the arena, and not in a fu…
