The release date has been updated! I wish I could announce the release date under better circumstances but it's bugged. The internal Steamworks settings for [intended release date] was set to the 20th August and the date visible on the store is supposed to corroborate that but it's showing an older date that was set weeks ago before a small delay.
Unfortunately, due to the way steam algorithm works with promoting a game that's about to be released, I cannot leave it at a vague August 2026 and wait for support to fix it because it would mean this game will be sent to the depths of all lists with releases in August.
In any case, yay! Release is approaching. Just 13(!?) more days!
