Relationships and Assets Reimagined

This major update expands two important parts of LIVORA: the relationships that shape your Life and the assets you build along the way.

Relationships now have far more depth, personality and long-term consequence. Alongside this, the separate Owned Assets and Shop areas have been combined into a completely redesigned Assets experience.

Relationships Reimagined

Instead of relationships being reduced to a few statistics and occasional choices, you can now follow the complete journey from early dating through commitment, shared life, marriage, family changes and even separation.

Everything is managed through a new relationship hub, making it easier to understand how the relationship is developing, what has happened recently and what may come next.

A New Relationship Hub

The new relationship hub brings everything together in one place.

You can now view:

  • Your partner’s personality and current relationship stage

  • Connection, stability and pressure

  • Recent relationship moments

  • Upcoming plans

  • Active issues

  • Important milestones

  • Your complete relationship journey

  • Actions available at the current stage

The information shown changes as the relationship develops, so a new relationship will feel very different from a marriage, family or former partnership.

Plan and Play Through Dates

Dates are now proper planned events.

Choose what to do, when to meet, where to go and how much to spend. Your available options can be affected by your schedule, finances, energy, weather, location and current relationship situation.

When the date arrives, you will play through the moment and make choices that can strengthen the relationship, create tension or lead to important conversations.

Conversations, Issues and Repair

Partners can now raise concerns, ask important questions and respond to what has been happening in their lives.

Relationship issues may develop from:

  • Unanswered messages

  • Money disagreements

  • A lack of quality time

  • Work pressure

  • Unequal responsibilities

  • Different future plans

  • Family interference

  • Broken trust

How you respond matters. Some problems can be repaired quickly, while others may continue affecting the relationship over time.

Define the Relationship

As the relationship develops, you may be able to discuss becoming exclusive, entering a serious relationship or deciding that you want different things.

These conversations are influenced by the complete relationship history rather than acting as guaranteed progression buttons.

Your partner may agree, ask for more time, raise an unresolved concern or decide that the relationship is not right for them.

Move In Together

Couples can now discuss living together and decide where their shared life will begin.

Moving in can affect:

  • Housing

  • Rent and bills

  • Commutes

  • Household responsibilities

  • Personal space

  • Daily routines

  • Relationship pressure

Living together can bring people closer, but it can also reveal problems that were easier to ignore before.

Proposals, Engagements and Weddings

Long-term relationships can now progress towards engagement and marriage.

Plan a proposal by choosing the timing, location, style and budget. Your partner’s response depends on the relationship itself, including trust, commitment, recent tension and previous conversations about the future.

Accepted proposals unlock wedding planning, where you can choose the ceremony, venue, guest list, budget, date, family involvement and honeymoon.

The wedding itself becomes a major playable life event rather than a simple relationship-stage change.

Marriage and Shared Life

Marriage is no longer the end of relationship progression.

Married and cohabiting couples must continue balancing:

  • Shared finances

  • Household responsibilities

  • Careers

  • Personal space

  • Time together

  • Long-term plans

  • Family expectations

  • Relationship pressure

Small imbalances can become meaningful problems when they are repeatedly ignored.

Children and Family Life

Couples can discuss whether they want children, whether they feel ready and what may need to change first.

Finances, housing, careers, childcare, support networks and relationship stability can all influence the decision.

Becoming parents introduces new responsibilities, pressures and relationship moments. Children also exist as their own family relationships rather than simply becoming another statistic.

Separation, Divorce and Co-parenting

Not every relationship will last forever.

Couples may ask for space, separate, end an unmarried relationship or begin divorce proceedings.

These decisions can affect:

  • Housing

  • Finances

  • Shared possessions

  • Children

  • Family relationships

  • Future plans

  • Emotional wellbeing

Where children are involved, former partners may need to manage parenting schedules, maintenance, communication and important decisions together.

The complete history of the relationship remains visible, even after it ends.

Your Relationship Journey

Major relationship moments are now recorded as part of a lasting journey.

This can include first dates, commitment, important conversations, repaired arguments, shared trips, moving in, engagement, marriage, children, separation and reconciliation.

Every relationship can develop differently depending on the people involved and the choices made throughout their lives.

A Completely Redesigned Assets Experience

The previous Owned Assets and Shop areas have now been combined into one dedicated Assets section.

Your Assets overview gives you a clear summary of:

  • Your total holdings value

  • How many assets you own

  • Your available cash

  • Your businesses, properties and vehicles

  • Your most valuable asset

  • Your latest acquisition

From here, you can open the new Asset Vault to manage everything you own and explore new opportunities.

Your Portfolio

The Portfolio brings all your owned assets together in one place.

Browse your businesses, properties and vehicles, select an asset and view its important information without moving between separate screens.

Depending on the asset, this can include its purchase price, current value, category, ownership details, benefits and ongoing costs.

Your portfolio updates immediately when a new asset is acquired.

Explore the Market

The Market replaces the old Shop with a clearer and more focused acquisition experience.

You can:

  • Browse businesses, properties and vehicles

  • Filter assets by category

  • Search for a particular asset

  • Sort the available opportunities

  • See what you already own

  • Identify what you can currently afford

  • View the exact amount still required for expensive assets

Every asset now has a dedicated details view, helping you understand what it costs and what it could add to your Life before making a decision.

Clearer Purchase Decisions

Before purchasing an asset, you will be shown:

  • The purchase price

  • Your available cash

  • Your remaining balance

  • Any relevant requirements

  • The asset’s potential benefits and costs

Purchases now use a clearer confirmation process, reducing accidental decisions and making major acquisitions feel more meaningful.

Once completed, the asset is immediately added to your Portfolio, where you can view and manage it alongside everything else you own.
