Applications can progress through several stages, including awaiting a response, interview, further consideration, rejection or an offer.
Playable job interviews
Job interviews are now interactive.
Players answer multiple-choice questions designed around the role they have applied for. Questions may assess areas such as:

The player’s answers are considered alongside their experience, qualifications, preparation and current circumstances.
