Path of Idle Immortals Playtest · published · build 25269974
The inventory now has category tabs (with item counts), six rarity filter buttons, a search box (name + description), and four sort orders (quality / quantity / type / name). Fun fact: the old "Sort" button only showed a toast and sorted nothing — it's gone, replaced by the real thing. Filter preferences persist across sessions; the search box does not, so you never open your bag to a silently filtered list.
The bag is now truly capped at 120 slots — stacking into an existing slot never consumes a slot. When full, incoming battle drops are rejected with a visible warning (throttled so it won't spam during auto-battle), instead of the old behavior of silently growing forever. For long idle runs, enable auto-sell to keep the bag breathing. The offline reward sheet now explicitly shows how many items were dropped because the bag was full.
Buying from shops, city markets or wandering merchants, pulling gacha, starting alchemy or forging — all of these now check the bag BEFORE taking your money. When full you get a clear "bag is full" error and pay nothing; no more paying for items that vanish into a full bag.
Same-name items bought from shops now stack into one slot again (each used to occupy its own slot forever). The enhanced auto-sell rules — quality thresholds, type exclusions, value threshold, protection list — now actually run every 30 seconds when enabled; before this patch they never triggered at all. The basic auto-sell also respects its configured rarity/types now.
The AI assistant expand button did nothing (it now works). The gardener servant headcount bonus to herb growth never applied (it now does). City market and wandering merchant purchases no longer mangle item IDs (icons/stacking were broken for those items).
