Today, NECHTO leaves Early Access. The full version is now available on Steam.
NECHTO is a local game of hidden roles, infection, and fragile trust. One computer runs the match on a shared screen, while 4–12 players join from their phones in a browser and receive private roles, cards, and decisions.
During Early Access, the infected gained a hidden Hive channel and the humans received four counterplay cards. The deck was rewritten for the deep-space setting, and 37 cards received new animated artwork.
The shared screen was rebuilt as a command console. Panic cards now take over the screen as full scenes, procedural asteroids move and collide outside the hull, and key match states have their own animations.
The game supports 17 languages and 4–12 players. The host runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux, including Steam Deck.
Player reports helped us find a rare turn deadlock, and thousands of automated matches helped test every table size and close other dead-end scenarios.
Thank you to everyone who played, reported problems, argued over cards, and left a review. Leaving Early Access does not mean the end of support. It means NECHTO is now a complete game, ready for your table.
Gather the crew. Trust nobody.
