Megastore: Tidy Up Together · published · build 25209106
Hey everyone! 👋
Update 1.0.5 is here, bringing more fixes and some of your requested quality-of-life improvements. We also have a sneak peek at our next map to share!
We’re keeping a close eye on your feedback and using it to improve the little things that get in the way of enjoying the game. As always, we’ll keep working through your requests, fixing issues, and making tidying up feel smoother with each update. Thank you for helping us make the game better! 💛
✨ Quality of Life
Added product name tooltips when inspecting shelves, making it easier to identify which product belongs there.
The Skills window now displays unlocked perks alongside locked perk slots. The total number of slots matches the number of Arcade Tokens available in the current map.
Added the requested Toggle Run and Toggle Crouch options under Settings → General. When enabled, press the corresponding key once to keep running or crouching, and press it again to stop. No need to hold it down!
Skill durations and cooldowns now pause while the game menu is open.
Products can no longer be thrown while a UI window is open.
🔧 Stability & Performance
Optimized external API calls to address crashes experienced by some players.
Improved level loading times.
Fixed an issue that could cause the game to get stuck when joining a co-op session.
Added a game version check to prevent players on incompatible builds from joining each other. Version mismatches will now display an error message.
Fixed a rare issue where interactions could initially stop working.
Fixed an issue where the Auto Collect perk could reactivate with each use of the Product Highlight skill, even after its 10-second duration had ended.
⚡ Coming Next: Electronics Store!
We recently asked you on Discord which map you wanted next: Pharmacy, Retro Decoration Store, or Electronics Store. Electronics Store won by a huge margin! We started working on it after the poll, and we’ve already made a lot of progress.
The new store will sit between the Toy Store and the Supermarket in size, with a target of around 4,000–5,000 products. Expect everything from gaming keyboards and gaming chairs to home appliances and electronics accessories, with plenty of variety to discover as you tidy up.
All products and shelves will be exclusive to this map, with no overlap with the existing stores. We’re also creating its own decorations and atmosphere to make it feel like a proper electronics store with a personality of its own.
Work is moving along at full speed, and we’re aiming to release the map this Friday. If we need a little more time, we’ll keep you updated.
What product categories would you love to see in the Electronics Store? Let us know! We’ll consider your suggestions and include what we can.
As you know, we’re a team of two developers. My teammate is focusing on your feedback and bug fixes while I continue working on the new map, so both are moving forward together. 💡 We’d also love your ideas for handling larger products like fridges and washing machines! What would make carrying and placing them feel fun? Give us some inspiration. We’d love to hear your suggestions!
There are so many fun products in this store already, and we’re really excited for you to get your hands on them. We hope you’ll love it as much as we’re enjoying putting it together!
Stay tuned for the Electronics Store! 🎮
