UI / UX:

Redesigned the Main Menu UI / improved navigation for controller and mouse
Traffic in the background of main menu now randomize their aesthetic like they do during runs
Added "Wishlist" button to main menu
Links inside the Credits menu and the bug report form now open inside the Steam Overlay browser instead of external browser

Bug Fixes:

The engine sound now pauses during upgrade selection
