it’s been a little while since Content Update 1 arrived in Faremont National Park, and we want to thank you once again for playing and sharing your thoughts.
With Update 1, we added several new ranger duties and systems to make your daily work in the park more varied. This included the Park Review System, new callouts like Backpack Search, Flora Survey, Restock Missions and Transport Missions, as well as the Trailhawk Summit Utility Vehicle to help you get around Faremont more easily.
Since then, we’ve continued reading your feedback, checking your suggestions, and working on what’s coming next.
And today, we want to give you a small sneak peek at Early Access Update 2.
Content Update 2 will put a stronger focus on the wildlife of Faremont National Park.
New animals are making their way into the park, giving you even more to discover while exploring the trails, forests, hills, and open areas. We don’t want to reveal everything just yet, but animal lovers should definitely keep an eye out.
With Update 2, animals will not only be part of the world around you, they will also become more involved in your work as a ranger.
We are working on a new animal interaction system that will allow you to help wildlife in different situations. This includes new duties connected to injured animals, giving you more meaningful ways to protect the park and its inhabitants.
Of course, protecting Faremont is not only about wildlife.
Update 2 will also introduce new tasks and a new tool related to nature conservation. The new root puller will help you remove invasive plants and keep the park’s ecosystem healthy.
Because sometimes ranger work means helping a majestic animal in need. And sometimes, it means pulling weeds. 🌱
While we’re getting Update 2 ready, your feedback on Update 1 is still very important to us.
