Added a hull tile progress indicator showing progress toward the next Weight stack while editing your ship.

Decreased the Pneumatic Puncher damage slightly.
Cooling array damage multiplier decreased from 1.5x -> 1.4x
Siege Ram bonus damage now scales with 5% of enemy hull instead of your hull.
Resonance Amplifier increased from 8% -> 12%.
Breacher Shield reduction increased from 50% -> 70%.
Enriched Uranium now transforms at Burst 6.
Hoverboard chance decreased 60% -> 50%. Charge amount decreased from 75% -> 70%.
Megabomb cooldown decreased and accuracy increased from 90% -> 95%.
Starfire Beam cooldown decreased and electricity cost decreased from 8 -> 7.
Juicy Ribs now permanently grants health instead of max health.

Fixed the DPS list undercounting electricity generated by Quartz Tipped Shells.
Fixed co-op DPS lists and battle summaries assigning debuff damage to different teammates for each player.
Fixed co-op battle summaries defaulting to enemy #2 when that enemy shared the viewer's username.
Fixed Enriched Uranium on Shipping Pallet continuing to gain Burst instead of converting into Weapons-Grade Uranium.
Fixed Auto-Fabricator's max hull gain animation briefly showing incorrect values.
Fixed Radar Dome affecting weapons on only one enemy ship in co-op.
Fixed some issues with items in storage sometimes remaining visible during co-op battle.
Fixed frozen items disappearing while spectating your ally's shop in co-op.
