Hi, I’m Jamie and I run Classy Games, the Indie studio behind Silly Suspects.

After hearing one too many gruesome true crime stories from my wife, I wanted to create something that captured the fun of solving mysteries without all the gore that usually comes with the genre.

That idea eventually became Silly Suspects.

A comical, Guess-Who detective mystery, in Silly Suspects players investigate ridiculous crimes in a weird, wacky, and whimsical world while uncovering the truth hiding beneath all the nonsense. To solve each case, players win over quirky characters by indulging their odd requests and solving bizarre puzzles to uncover clues they would not share with just anyone. From there, it is all about deduction, ruling out suspects one clue at a time until only one remains.

Starting Classy Games was about building games for busy people with busy lives. I wanted to create experiences that were easy to jump into, sparked curiosity, and reminded people of the fun and imagination games had when we were kids. Every case in Silly Suspects is designed to feel fresh, with new characters, environments, and absurd mysteries waiting to be untangled.

Building an indie studio has definitely been an uphill journey. Every step comes with risk, but it also gives us the freedom to experiment and create games that might not exist otherwise. Now that Silly Suspects is finally in players’ hands, we’re excited to see how people respond.

A free demo is available now, and we’d love to hear your feedback as we continue building the future of the game.
