The WARDEN reworked — it looks at you now
The wave-10 boss is rebuilt around a gaze. Its eye sweeps the arena like a searchlight hunting for a pilot; once it has line of sight and you're in its arc, it locks on and physically turns to face you. The marked pilot gets a pulsing THE WARDEN HAS MARKED YOU banner.Because the whole body turns, its plate lasers and turrets converge on whoever is marked — there's no separate "boss aims at you" logic, it's just pointing at you. Breaking line of sight behind terrain or a monolith makes it lose you.⚠️ Its summons are now its shield. While sealed, every living add draws a tether into the boss and feeds its bubble 120 shield/s each — a ten-add wave regenerates 1200/s. Kill the batteries first or bring enough squad damage. Once the bubble is burned to zero it stays there, so burning it down is still a real win.Mines now settle onto the floor as a minefield instead of spraying in all directions, missiles are visible and can be shot down, and the boss flinches when hit. Boss HP scales with squad size in co-op.⚠️ Large rework, and nobody has flown it yet. It builds clean and every piece works in isolation, but the whole fight is untested at speed. If the wave-10 boss does something obviously wrong — unkillable shield, a beam through a wall, mines that don't arm — that's the most useful thing you can report from this build. Also
Fixed the accent line poking out at the screen edge on the MARTYR GAMES splash.
What to test
Get to wave 10 and fight the WARDEN properly. Does the gaze read — can you tell when it's hunting versus locked onto you specifically?
Try breaking line of sight behind a monolith while marked. Does it actually lose you?
Kill the adds before attacking the shield, versus ignoring them. Is the difference obvious?
