These localizations were made using MTL (Machine Translation). I cross-referenced between English and Russian languages to try and minimize the number of bizarre translations but some quirks like tenses, conjugations and word gender will inevitably feel out of place. Some words may make sense but not usually be used that way. If you notice any translation errors that annoy you then feel free to report them.
I used to write steam update notices like this one in both English and Russian but going forward they will only be written in English.
FIXES
You no longer can change the custom color palette's alpha value and make UI elements transparent. The game will now also force custom and guest palettes to be fully opaque in case someone tries to change them externally.
KNOWN BUGS
Changing localization does not resize the menu text, leaving it cut-off. Reloading the game after saving settings fixes it. I couldn’t find a straightforward solution to this so, for now, it stays that way.
