A fix update. Your daily puzzles, your streak, your town and your rewards are exactly as you left them.
Leaderboards
- You are on every board now. The list shows the fastest players as it always did, and if you are not among them your own row is added at the end, under a small break. One list, with you in it.
- Your line above the board also says where you stand, so a board you are far down is still a board you can read at a glance.
- On the Leaderboards page, This week and Medium were being cut off to This we and Mediu. Every label now fits its chip.
The Trading Post
- Buying something no longer throws you back to the top of the page. The row you pressed stays under your finger and the page keeps its place.
- The balance is pinned to the bottom of the screen, so it never scrolls out of sight.
- Every conversion row now says what it is worth, and the best rate is marked.
- The floor and wallpaper previews were drawing outside their own picture and across the name beside them. They stay in their frame now.
- The botanical wallpaper previewed as a blank wall, which made it impossible to tell from a plain one. Its pattern shows.
- On a wide window the shop sits in two columns instead of one long list.
The Shore and Skyline
- A run that scored only a little used to pay no points at all. Any run that scores now pays at least two.
- The chip inside a run said Scores while every other door to the boards said Leaderboards. It says Leaderboards.
- Reduce motion now quietens the Shore and the Town. Both were repainting at full speed whatever the setting said.
- The lean meter fits the window it is drawn in. It was a fixed width, which made it a sliver on a large screen and crowded on a small one.
- The colour-safe palette now reaches Skyline's two warning colours, and the lean meter's limits are marked with a notch as well as a colour. Amber against red is the hardest pair to tell apart.
- The Shore's card shows today's harbour run as well as your best, and the town across the bay is marked as somewhere you can tap.
Every puzzle
- Finishing a board has always paid points toward the Trading Post and the game never said so. Your result now tells you what it paid and how much of the day is left, and says so plainly when the day's points are all banked.
- The room you play in can be furnished from the Trading Post: wallpaper, floors, something for the windowsill and a shade for the reading lamp. The room with nothing bought is exactly the room you already have.
- Streak freezes can be bought with acorns, one a month. A bought freeze keeps your streak alight and never counts toward a reward you earn by turning up.
