A new force has entered Eclipsia.
The Necromancer is now available, bringing a new magic-focused playstyle, unique equipment, dark abilities, and a completely new progression path to explore.
Alongside the new hero, this update brings major improvements to Nightmare Mode, Hero Fusion, AFK progression, equipment generation, Boss battles, chests, Adventure Mode, the Marketplace, and overall game stability.
This is one of our largest updates yet.
The Necromancer has officially joined the roster.
The Necromancer is a magic-based hero built around dark power and supernatural attacks.
With his release, we have also added:
Full Necromancer equipment sets across all rarities.
Necromancer-specific Weapons, Armor, Helmets, Gloves, Boots and Rings.
Proper Magic Attack scaling for Necromancer equipment.
Necromancer Weapons now always receive flat M.ATK as their guaranteed main offensive stat.
M.ATK% can still appear as an additional offensive affix.
Physical ATK can no longer incorrectly appear on standard Necromancer equipment.
Rings remain the exception and may roll both physical and magical offensive stats.
The same class-stat protection now ensures equipment cannot accidentally roll the wrong offensive attack type outside of Rings.
Nightmare Mode was designed as the continuation of the Normal campaign.
Its enemies already followed a much stronger Power Level 81–160 progression, but its Gold and XP rewards were not properly keeping pace with that increased difficulty.
This has now been reworked.
Nightmare rewards now follow a new continuation economy curve:
Nightmare Stage 1 begins above late-game Normal rewards.
Gold increases progressively throughout Nightmare.
Hero XP follows a controlled progression curve.
Account XP has also been increased while remaining intentionally more conservative.
Nightmare continues to offer stronger Chest rewards and improved rarity progression.
The goal is simple:
Nightmare should always feel more rewarding than Normal without creating runaway Gold or XP inflation.
The Healer has received an important combat improvement.
Healing now scales much more meaningfully with Magic Attack, making equipment progression significantly more valuable for support builds.
Changes include:
Healing now uses improved M.ATK scaling.
Magic-focused equipment has a much stronger impact on healing performance.
The Healer's party offensive aura continues to support the entire team.
Healer behavior is consistent across standard battles and Raid content.
This should make investing into a well-equipped Healer much more rewarding.
Hero Fusion received several important fixes.
Duplicate heroes are now handled using their individual hero instance, instead of treating every copy of the same hero as the same character.
This fixes situations where:
A high-level hero was being used in your active party.
A second duplicate of the same hero could not be selected as Fusion material.
Clicking a valid duplicate could incorrectly replace the Main Hero instead of becoming material.
Fusion now properly distinguishes between individual copies.
A hero that is actually being used by your party remains protected, while another duplicate of the same class and rarity can be used as Fusion material.
The selected Main Hero will also no longer be silently replaced when a material candidate fails validation.
The Adventure flow has received several improvements.
Stage selection now behaves more naturally:
Opening Adventure pauses the current farming session.
Selecting another stage now acts as a preview.
Farming only changes when you explicitly press START.
Closing the Adventure screen without starting a new stage restores your previous farm.
Stage unlock information now refreshes more reliably.
This prevents accidental farming changes and makes stage navigation considerably clearer.
AFK progression has received major reliability improvements.
Offline sessions now correctly use authoritative battle samples recorded by the server, improving the consistency of:
Gold rewards.
Hero XP.
Account XP.
Stage and difficulty reward calculations.
Nightmare's new economy curve is also automatically reflected in AFK farming.
Temporary Double Gold and Double XP effects remain excluded from offline calculations to prevent unintended reward multiplication.
Several Chest-related issues have been addressed.
Changes include:
Maximum stored unopened Chests increased from 250 to 500.
Improved handling when players have large numbers of pending Chests.
Boss Chest stability improvements.
Fixed cases involving unknown or invalid Boss Chest rewards.
Improved protection against repeated Boss reward processing.
Better server-side handling of Chest rewards and pending Chest state.
Boss battles received additional stability and reward protections.
We addressed cases involving:
Repeated Boss attempts behaving incorrectly.
Boss Chest rewards being processed more than once.
Invalid Boss reward entries.
Boss Key consumption inconsistencies.
Reward-state synchronization.
Boss rewards and Keys are now handled more reliably by the server.
Equipment generation has received another pass.
Weapons now follow a stricter class identity rule:
Physical classes
Guaranteed flat ATK on Weapons.
ATK% may appear as an additional offensive affix.
Magic classes
Guaranteed flat M.ATK on Weapons.
M.ATK% may appear as an additional offensive affix.
This currently applies correctly to:
Mage
Healer
Necromancer
Outside of Rings, equipment will no longer roll the opposite offensive damage type.
Rings remain intentionally universal, allowing both ATK and M.ATK combinations.
Several Marketplace issues have been resolved.
We've improved:
Marketplace synchronization.
Item state handling.
Equipment ownership consistency.
Listing and inventory interactions.
Reliability when moving items between different systems.
These changes are part of our continued effort to make the in-game economy safer and more stable.
Additional inventory protections and improvements have been implemented.
These include:
Better inventory capacity synchronization.
Improved equipment state preservation.
More reliable server-side item ownership.
Improved handling of equipped items.
Auto Lock support remains available for protecting valuable equipment.
Better protection against stale client inventory states.
We are continuing to monitor inventory performance for players with very large collections.
Several smaller combat and interface improvements were also included.
Among them:
Improved stat display consistency.
Attack Speed is represented more clearly.
Better synchronization of Hero stats and equipment bonuses.
Improved Hero Power calculations.
Better handling of percentage-based equipment stats.
Various interface refresh and synchronization fixes.
A large portion of this update focuses on stability behind the scenes.
We've improved server authority around:
Battle rewards.
Chests.
Gold and XP.
Equipment.
Marketplace operations.
Progression.
AFK rewards.
Hero Fusion.
Boss rewards.
We've also continued reducing situations where outdated client information could overwrite newer server data.
These systems are especially important as Eclipsia continues to grow and more players progress into late-game content.
Eclipsia is continuing to evolve very quickly, and a huge part of that comes from your reports and feedback.
If you encounter an issue after the update, please use the Report Bug button in-game whenever possible.
It gives us valuable information that helps us identify and fix issues significantly faster.
Thank you for playing, testing, reporting bugs, and helping us build Eclipsia.
See you in Nightmare.
