Fixes

- Fixed some comically large drill bits.
- Disabled the ability to queue up Stub Memories to avoid them double playing accidentally.
- Added a fail-safe check for the Reactor Fuel Rod pickup dialogue.
- Increased size of the trigger for the Core Containment scan and disabled the need to be inside a habitat to scan.
