We’ve analyzed all your feedback since launch and finally released our first major hotfix. We’ve resolved critical game-breaking bugs and made the gameplay much smoother.
Here is what has been done in this patch:
Glass & Frame Assembly: Compatible parts now display and can be selected properly on the assembly table.
Lost Parts: Purchased glass/frames no longer randomly disappear during assembly.
Assembly Crash: Fixed the game-freezing issue during the final assembly step; added a control save system.
Day 1 Bug: The assembly table now works properly, meaning you can successfully complete the first day and unlock the day cycle.
Out of Bounds Teleport: Fixed pixelation and teleporting out of bounds caused by camera angles.
(Under Investigation) Wall clipping/passing through walls is still being researched. If you notice anything specific that triggers this (e.g., does it happen when sitting on the sofa at home?), please let us know!
Customer Flow: Balanced the initial overcrowding. Flow is optimized to keep around 2-3 customers at a time.
Stuck Customers: Added an auto-recovery system for customers walking into walls (they will now automatically recalculate their path).
Save Issue: Fixed volume, brightness, and mouse sensitivity settings resetting between scenes (Steam Cloud compatible).
Pause Menu: Added a comprehensive settings panel to the pause menu (FPS, v-sync, brightness, resolution, etc.).
Audio Controls: Added an independent music volume slider. Ambient sounds are now routed to the SFX channel.
Starting Budget: Raised the starting budget from 2500 to 4005 to give you some breathing room.
Localization Tweaks: Cleaned up over 70 incorrect/machine translations in German and Turkish. Product names in prescriptions are no longer left in English.
New Cards: Added "How to Use" guide cards that trigger on first-time use of the Lensmeter, Lens Cutter, and Assembly table.
Guides: You will now see helpful tooltips if you try to click a machine while your hands are full or if you place an item on the wrong shelf.
⚠️ Bug Reports: If you still encounter any bugs, please write them as a comment under this post. We are reading and analyzing every single one!
Another update cleaning up remaining minor bugs and adding brand new features will be live next week on July 22nd!
Thanks for your support, and happy playing!
