Adjusted delivery missions so they can be used as side income during PvE combat and while traveling in combat vessels.
Improved NPC distribution around the Pitt's Town area.
Slightly increased the hold capacity of the Rotterdam, Galeon, and Le Gros Ventre to match the Indiaman hold buff.
Updated prices for all books and modules.
Fixed a bug that prevented players of the same nation from being pulled into a PvP battle at battle start.
