This small hotfix focuses on minor fixes, building flow improvements, and missing localization references.

• Corrected the displayed cost for the Clock of Affliction.

• Added a small notification when trying to upgrade a bag that is already the same size or larger.

• Fixed an issue where coins would not drop on Easy difficulty.

• Slightly improved the flow and behavior of the building mode toolbar.

• Added several missing translation references.
