Mirklurk: Every Step Matters · published · build 24790002

The main thing this patch does is adding controller support. It is very customizable, the tooltips have been updated, so has the UI, etc. I am not a controll player myself, so apologies if the default settings are clunky - but please give me feedback and I am sure we can work something out! ;D
This patch also does the following:
You can now change Left/Right click input, so you can play any bizarre/illegal way you choose.
Fixes a pathfinding issue, in which the optimal path up and down slopes was clearly off.
While resting, status effects will update properly, so exhaustion symbol will perish, etc.
When moving east or west into new areas, the players y position would move one tile down, which could cause stuckness. My bad!
Zooming is smoother and always focused on the player.
A certain end game item is lost once used, since it has no further use.
Added a new song, a positive one, which has a small change of playing if things are actually going your way and you've survived for awhile.
Making sure the raft is centered under the play if you are struck or enter combat, etc. It should always remain clickable without the need to jump overboard.
That is it for now! I hope this works as intended!
Asking for a small favor: Sales have pretty much stagnated, so please remember to leave a review and/or recommend this game to a friend! It really helps!
As always: Huge thanks for all the support, feedback and bug-reporting! The Mirk is miserable, but together we are making it just the right amount of miserable!
Best wishes and lots of love! <3
