Dear players,
Since last week, some of you may have noticed:
We are no longer releasing large numbers of small daily patches like before.
This is because our current development focus has shifted toward a full gameplay experience rework.
That means:
We are now rebuilding entire systems instead of only fixing isolated small issues.
As a result, future updates will continue following the current structure:
Weekly Progress Updates.
At this point, the overall reconstruction plan is now approximately halfway completed.
This update mainly focuses on:
Dual playstyle modes
Quest guidance systems
UI and information presentation
Combat and progression systems
We have officially added two different gameplay styles.
This mode focuses more on:
Strong guidance
Higher readability
Smoother progression flow
The following features are now implemented:
Players can now actively select quests to track inside the quest log.
Simply follow the directional indicators to complete objectives.
Tracked quests now display real-time directional arrows directly on the HUD.
Quest-related NPCs now feature clear highlight effects, making progression much easier to follow.
This mode focuses more on:
Self-driven exploration
Reading and deduction
Traditional immersive RPG gameplay
We will continue expanding the gameplay differences between these two styles moving forward.
We extensively rewrote and polished the quest log system.
Including:
More visible color highlights for character names and locations
Improved readability for quest objectives
Better information hierarchy inside logs
We also added a new guidance interface.
Players can now use visual and text-based explanations to better understand:
What activities are available in the current chapter
What gameplay systems exist in the current area
What major objectives are currently important
Character General Cards in Sandbox Battles are now directly linked to character Power.
The stronger the character becomes:
The higher the quality of their corresponding General Cards
Slightly reduced the strength of bounty elites
Increased Liu Bei’s damage output by approximately 10%
Added explanations for non-upgradable cards
Added explanations for each character’s combo special traits
Added the ability to transfer skill cards
Completed the remaining 23 equipment icons for the new equipment system
Continued updating core UI elements
Continued improving animation presentation issues
Continued refining unreasonable scene presentation elements
Continued improving synchronization between audio and character actions
Fixed an issue where switching protagonist troop types could incorrectly generate extra cards
Fixed issues where some searchable containers were not properly highlighted
Fixed an issue where player General Skills could incorrectly affect themselves
Adjusted the relationship between Gold and Wealth values
Fixed several additional minor issues
At this stage:
Equipment system rework
Power system rework
Dual-mode gameplay foundation
have all been largely completed.
Next, we will continue moving toward:
The minimap will be rebuilt using:
“Satellite-style maps + real-time markers”
for a much clearer navigation experience.
Dungeon gameplay will become:
More challenging
More progression-focused
More rewarding for building and equipping armies
Including:
More core interface updates
More unified visual styles
Clearer information presentation
We will continue strengthening:
Combat feedback
Progression feedback
Impact and hit feel
Overall gameplay responsiveness
The overall reconstruction process is still progressing according to plan.
Thank you again for all your continued support and feedback during this period.
