. Added a cursor graphic to better point at selected UI elements.
Gameplay
. Added a ladder to the tractor in the tutorial stage. You now jump and climb up, rather than jumping up repeatedly.
. Altered the timing of warp doors to be quicker if there's no actual door to animate.
Bugs
. Save file creation now checks for duplicate names and empty input before creating the file.
. Fixed a bug introduced in the last build that prevented the drawbridge in level 1's introduction from lowering, thus softlocking the stage.
