You can now see the full breakdown of how an adventurer's combat stats are calculated. Hover Attack, Defense, etc. in the adventurer detail window to expand the entire calculation that leads to the final value: each equipment slot (base × weapon mastery × adjustment), each modifier's multiplier, job bonus, meal buff, and the encyclopedia-completion bonus, with running subtotals per section. It makes clear exactly why a number ends up where it is (the final value shown is the same value used in combat).
Weapon-mastery and modifier-proficiency effects now show on hover. In the "Skill / Proficiency" window, hover a weapon-mastery entry to see "Lv / cap → equipment stat multiplier", and a proficiency entry to see its current level and purpose.
Added collection progress (N / M) to the encyclopedia. The Monsters tab shows "Defeated N / M total" and the Jobs tab shows "Unlocked N / M jobs". In addition, all adventurers now gain a small stat bonus based on your encyclopedia completion rate (+5% at 100%). The adventurer detail window's job display also shows EXP progress (hover the job name).
Tuned job leveling. Grinding easy dungeons with a high-level job now yields much less (job EXP falls off the more your job level exceeds the dungeon's recommended tier), and higher-tier jobs need more EXP per level.
Fixed a workshop bug on loot (dispatch-drop) equipment. On equipment obtained from dispatch, the non-modifier "base stats" and "material bonus" rows incorrectly showed reroll/remove buttons, and using them affected a different effect than the one shown. Fixed.
Fixed the "Heal" skill description. It showed "heal multiplier 0", which made it look like it couldn't heal — it actually did (the description text was wrong). It now reads "healing scales with Magic Attack".
Cleaned up the adventurer detail window header. The weekly salary is now on a single line, and the name, status, job, and salary are vertically aligned.
Various smaller polish, including tooltip draw order and a fix for proficiency appearing to exceed its cap.
