PATCH NOTES
- Fixed not being able to get the "build 3 settlements" achievement.
- Fixed not being able to get the "win with a food-less settlement" due to the upgrade that let settlement produce food passively.
- Fixed 3 texts not localized
- Fixed upgrades showing "error" after level 12, when you run out of upgrades.
