Version 2.1.0 Is Live!
This major update expands long-term progression and combat across Nightmare expeditions, permanent runes, town services, class skills, equipment management, and save safety.
🌙 Nightmare Expeditions & Dynamic Builds
- Added an in-run build shop with dynamic items, upgrades, and live build tracking.
- Added layered Nightmare tower environments, clearer run feedback, and new secrets at the top.
- Improved boss pacing and defeat summaries during deeper expeditions.
🔮 Permanent Runes & Long-Term Progression
- Expanded the permanent rune board to 256 nodes.
- Added loadout slots, class synergies, keystones, variants, overclock growth, and safer synthesis transactions.
- Improved prerequisite routes and in-combat rune feedback.
🏰 Town Growth & Services
- Added long-term town funding with milestone breakthroughs.
- Added targeted reforging, expedition insurance, individual hero ascension, training trials, and Hall of Fame progression.
- Improved return-to-town and emergency recovery flows.
⚔️ Expanded Combat for All Five Classes
- Expanded active skills and control-state handling across all five classes.
- Added new charge, throw, stun, lock-field, support, and combo interactions.
- Improved boss movement pacing and combat readability.
🛡️ Equipment, Inventory & Forging
- Smarter auto-equip decisions now protect role performance, locked gear, and high-rarity investments.
- Dismantling now uses safer atomic transactions with clearer rejection reasons.
- Improved forging and enhancement presentation, especially in compact windows.
💾 Stability, Saves & Localization
- Strengthened save migration, equipment restoration, multi-hero progression, and Steam Cloud recovery safeguards.
- Fixed asynchronous effects accessing freed nodes, town lifecycle issues, and several UI problems.
- Expanded localization coverage and font fallback across 13 supported languages.
